We don’t charge an inspection fee. We don’t require a deposit to schedule. If you decide not to use us, we part on good terms — you have a written record of your roof condition, which is valuable regardless.
How fast can you come out?
For standard inspections and estimates, usually within 48 hours during business hours — sometimes same day if we have an opening. For active wind damage or roof leaks with interior exposure, we treat it as emergency priority and aim for same-day response. During October–February wind season, we maintain extended availability specifically for emergency calls.
Do you work with homeowners insurance?
Yes. We provide written damage assessments formatted for OC homeowners insurance claims — with date-stamped photos, specific damage descriptions, and cost documentation. We’ve worked with State Farm, Farmers, Allstate, and a range of OC regional insurers. We don’t work on contingency or take assignment of benefits — we document the damage, give you the report, and you work with your insurer directly. That’s cleaner for everyone.
How much deposit do you require?
California law limits contractors to a maximum of 10% of the total contract price or $1,000 — whichever is less — as a deposit before work begins. We follow that. We tell every customer about it. If a contractor asks for more than that upfront, that’s a red flag.
Can I get a quote over the phone or via email?
We can give you a rough range over the phone based on your home’s size, age, and roofing material — that helps you understand what ballpark you’re in. But an accurate quote requires a physical inspection. Roof conditions vary too much to price from a description. A house in Floral Park with 1940s Santa Ana Clay tile and a house in South Coast Metro with 1970s concrete S-tile can look similar from the street and have completely different scopes of work.
